Range and Alarm Flags
Flag characters (
and ) indicate a data value that falls outside of a defined range or
violates a programmed alarm threshold. In the illustration above, 69
indicates a diastolic
pressure value below the programmed alarm limit, and 110.0F
indicates a temperature
value above the monitor’s temperature measurement limit.
Temperature
The temperature notation includes information about the type and location of the
measurement, and can include error notation:
