In Figure 4-46, both NIDs are operational. The master and slave NID LAG links are down but the
master NID has no knowledge of this. The master NID sends all test packets from its MPP port,
where they are received by the slave NID’s MPP port and then dropped because the slave NID's
LAG link is down.
