1 Display the clip on the Player, and set the In and Out points.

2 Click [Add Subclip to Bin] on the Player.
The subclip is created in the name format “original clip name—sub 4-digit sequential number”, and is registered to the
bin.

• Right-drag and drop the clip on the Player onto the bin, and click [Add subclip(s)].

The master clip also will be registered to the bin if the subclip has been created with the clip displayed directly
on the Player from the source browser without being registered to the bin.
• Set the margins to add when creating subclips by [Source] in [User Settings] → [Automatic Correction].

• To release a subclip and return it to the master clip, right-click the subclip registered to the bin, and click
[Change to Master Clip].
