Output mode

The output mode is used to select the
proportional mode (proportional to in-
put differential pressure) or square
root extraction mode (proportinal to
flow rate) for output signal (4 to 20
mA). In case of square root extraction
mode, the cut point and the mode
below the cut point can be set. Under
display 2 , press <INC> or <DEC> for
selection of the square root extraction
mode or proportional mode.

Since display 7 is presented when the
square root extraction mode is
selected, the low flow cut point should
be set.
Cut point is adjustable within the range
of 0.00 to 20.00%. The cut point is
used for stabilizing output near 0%
when the square root extraction mode
is selected for output signal. There are
two modes; in one mode, proportional
output is selected for output below a
cut point (Fig. A) and in the other
mode, output is forcibly reduced to 0%
for output below a cut point (Fig. B).
