Using the "Gen Ubit" menu item, you can set the time code userbit value which is output from
the [TIME CODE OUT] connector when the "Sel TC Out" menu item is set to "Gen".

<Note>:

The "Gen Ubit" menu item setting is effective only when the optional TC/

SYNC card is installed. When it is not installed, "Void! No TC Card" is shown and you
cannot make setting.

Details

Using the "JAM mode" menu item, you can select the jam mode for the generator "Free Run"
mode (You can set which information is jammed).

<Note>:

The "JAM mode" menu item setting is effective only when the optional TC/

SYNC card is installed. When it is not installed, "Void! No TC Card" is shown and you
cannot make setting.

Only time code data is jammed. For userbit, the userbit data of the internal generator is
used.

Both time code and userbit data are jammed (default setting).

Details

Use the [MENU] dial to select the desired option, and press the [ENTER/YES] key to confirm
your setting. Press the [STOP/HOME] key to exit the MENU mode.

Select the "JAM mode" menu item and press the [ENTER/YES] key.
The current setting starts flashing and you can now select the desired option.
