1) While the unit is stopped, press the [ENTER/YES] key to enter the MENU mode.
The unit enters the MENU mode and the MENU list screen as below is shown.
2) While "SYS SETUP" is highlighted, press the [ENTER/YES] key.
The display now shows the SYS SETUP menu screen.
Setting CD stop mode
You can select the CD stop mode which determines how audio CD playback stops. This
setting is only effective when playing back an audio CD (CD-DA). It does not affect DVD-
RAM disk playback. You can select the CD stop mode by the procedure below, as well as
via the quick setup mode.
3) Use the [MENU] dial to select the "CD stop mode" menu item and press the
[ENTER/YES] key.
The current option (by default, "CD end") starts flashing and you can now select
the desired option.

The unit plays back an audio CD from track 1 to the last track. When playback
of the last track ends, the unit automatically stops. This is the default.
When playback of the current track ends, the unit automatically stops.
The unit plays back an audio CD from track 1 to the last track repeatedly. It
continues playback until you stop it.
4) Use the [MENU] dial to select the desired mode and press the [ENTER/YES] key to
confirm your setting.
Now you complete setting.
5) Press the [STOP/HOME] key to exit the MENU mode.
Track selection in the FILE SEL mode:
While an audio CD is loaded, pressing the [FILE SEL]
key brings up the screen for selecting a track of the
audio CD, as shown right (the time at the beginning of
each track is also shown).
By using the [MENU] dial to select the desired track
and pressing the [ENTER/YES] key, the display shows
the Home screen for the selected track.
Selecting the CD stop mode via the quick setup mode
While the Home screen for an audio CD is shown, press the [QUICK SET] key. Any
setting item start flashing.
• Use the [MENU] dial to flash " " and press the [ENTER/YES] key.
• Use the [MENU] dial to select the desired CD stop mode.
• Press the [ENTER/YES] key to confirm the selection.
• Press the [STOP/HOME] key to exit the MENU mode.
