PCHG5-PCHG0 — HUB and Port Status Change Bits
These read/write bits report the status change for the Hub, embedded
device and the four downstream ports. The Status Change Bitmap is
returned to the host through the HUB endpoint 1 if the bit PNEW is 1.
These bits are cleared by reset.
