It is possible to insert elements other than clips into an IP Director play-list, these
can be found in the contextual menu in the Play-List Edit Area:

When Insert LIVE or Delay is selected from the contextual menu, the following
window is displayed:
This window allows the insertion of a live or delayed record train into the play-list.
Train boundaries can either be defined or calculated. The output boundary can
even be unknown.
