When this setting is selected, clips will automatically be created on all ganged

recorders of the recorder on which the user creates a clip.

The clip that the user has created will have the extension 00 after the name and
the clips created on the ganged recorders will have extension 01, 02, etc.
depending on the number of ganged recorders.

The automatic clip creation based on the logs allows for a clip to be created

around a captured timecode on a Log Sheet using the parameters defined in this
setting.

If the Pre Mark and Post Mark are set to 5 sec, which are the default values, the
clip that will be created will have an IN point 5 seconds before the log timecode
and an OUT point 5 seconds after the log timecode.

For more information on the creation of automatic clips, refer to section “How to

Make Automatic Clips Based on a Logged Event”, in the Database Explorer
chapter.

This setting allows the user to define the XT server where to store the sub clips
that will be created based on clips published on an XFile.

This setting specifies the clips that you will access from the Last Clips Created list

in the Control Panel.

If the setting is set on “All the clips that I can see”, the last 50 clips created on
which you have at least visibility right will be displayed in the list.

If the option Only the Clips that I Created is selected, the last 50 clips that you
created as a user will be displayed in the list.

defined in the User Manager.

The Speeds settings define the default speeds applied in Fast Forward, Fast
Rewind or VAR play when you click the Fast Forward icon, Fast Rewind icon in the
Control Panel or use the equivalent options or the VAR play on the remote.
