The Grab Frame button allows the user to grab a picture of the frame that is
currently loaded or being played on the Control Panel. Each time the button is
selected, a .jpg or .bmp image of the frame is stored in the directory specified by
the user in the Default path for captured images setting. The user can set up

this parameter in the menu Tools > Settings, Image Capture tab. See also the
section 4.13.4 “Image Capture Settings”, on page 72.

If you want to save the image in another folder than the default one, press the
SHIFT while clicking the Grab Frame button. The standard Save As window will
open and allow you to save the image in the requested folder.

Note

For the Grab Frame icon to be displayed in the Control Panel
application, the administrator needs to have properly set up the options
in the Thumbnails tab of the Remote Installer. Among others, the Grab

Type “Grab to File” needs to be selected.
