Function Description

The play-list will be published to the selected groups on
the condition that they have the adequate visibility
rights.

Delete

Deletes the play-list loaded on the Clip-List tab. The
option is only available when the play-list is displayed

in the Clip-List tab but not loaded on the player
channel.

When this option is selected, the following message
asks the users to confirm whether they want to delete
the play-list or cancel the action:

“Are you sure you want to delete the play-list

(NAME_LSM ID)?”

Set as Default Play-
List

Allows the users to set the loaded play-list as default
play-list.

Copy Clips locally

Copies the clips of the loaded play-list to the local XT,
i.e. the XT of the controlled channel.

The clips are physically copied to the local XT and their

new LSM ID is displayed in the element list. The Status
icon changes from

The Name field displays the name of the play-list open in the Clip-List tab. The
play-list LSM ID (made up of the bank number and position in the bank where the
play-list is stored on the XT server) is specified in the right field.
When the users know the play-list name or number, they can enter the full name or
number without slash in the corresponding field and press ENTER.

4.16.3 “How to Load a Play-List in the Clip-List Tab”, on page 76.

Note

When the users enter only two digits in the LSM ID field, e.g. “2” and “5”,
and press ENTER, the system automatically loads the local play-list
25/00 if it exists.
