2.6 Service Power Inserter (SPI-LPE)
To connect the coaxial cable
Before you remove the cover, unplug the SPI-LPE from the XM2-300HP. 1.
Remove the two screws holding the cover to the SPI-LPE chassis. 2.
Remove the SPI-LPE cover to expose the circuit board and seizure screw assembly. 3.
Insert the coaxial termination into the output port on the bottom of the SPI-LPE. 4.
Tighten the seizure screw to 35 inch-pounds. 5.

To prevent arcing, make certain the center conductor (stinger) of the coaxial termination is fully
seated inside the seizure screw assembly (5). Tighten to 35 inch-pounds.
