A setting is possible from 0 to 105% of full-scale value.
These two settings may be used together to detect foreign substances (early load).
If the press reaches [15: 1
ST Load] before exceeding [23: 1 ST Distance], a “1 ST Rate Low”
reject will occur and press operation will stop.
¾ Data Number 16 - SNUG Load
ƒ The starting point of calculation of [22: Standard Distance]. If set to 0, distance is
calculated from start.
A setting is possible from 0 to 105% full-scale value.
For example, if [16: SNUG Load] is set to 1KN and [22: Standard Distance] is 10mm:
The distance data that is effected by [16: SNUG Load] is [22: Standard
Distance] and [24: Crossover Distance]. All other distance data uses the
[62: Return Position] value.
