♦ Distance Control (Method 1)
Upon start of cycle, the press will operate until it achieves [22: Standard Distance].
During the press cycle, checks are performed for “1
ST Judgment Zone”, 1 ST Rate, 2 ND
Rate, Load, Distance, 1 ST Time and 2 ND Time. If any of these values are compromised,
the press will stop and return as programmed.

ST Zone and Speed explanations.)
ƒ If “1 ST Judgment Zone” is not used, set [15: 1 ST Load] to [10: CAL Load] and
[23: 1 ST Distance] to a minimum of [21: High Distance].
ƒ Review Speed Section explanations and cautions when setting [15: 1 ST Load],
[14: Speed Change Load], [24: Crossover Distance] and [20: Freerun
Distance].
ƒ If 1 ST Rate or 2 ND Rate are not used, set judgment windows wide open; low value
of 0 and maximum high value. Also, if 1 ST H/L Check is not being used, set
[17: Threshold Load] to [10: CAL Load].
