Server Computer Requirements
You install Production Monitoring™ on a single dedicated computer to which all other computers connect in
order to access the application. The following are the requirements for that server computer:
ƒ Dedicated “always on” computer: This is a server-type application designed to run on a
computer that is on all the time. This application should not be installed on a laptop.
ƒ CPU: Dual core, 2 GHz
ƒ RAM: 2 GB
ƒ An Ethernet (IEEE 802.3–compliant) 10Mbps 10-BaseT or 10/100-BaseT network interface card.
ƒ Internet browser: Internet Explorer 7 or greater; Firefox; or Chrome
ƒ Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS). Refer to page 3.7 for installation instructions.
