The unlock code can be obtained in one of two ways:
1. E-mail: [email protected] .Send an email complete with details of your name,
company or institution, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, instrument and
block serial number (if you have a PrimeQ) together with the unique registration number.
2. Phone: Provide us with your details and registration number by telephoning: +44 (0)1785
810433. A voicemail service is available outside UK office hours.
To exit the registration procedure, click ’cancel’.
1.14.4 Software upgrades
Development of the PrimeQ control and analysis software is an ongoing process. To check your
version number, click ‘Help/About Quansoft’ and a splash screen displaying the current details will
appear.
Check the Techne website at www.techne.com for the most current software updates. These
updates can be downloaded free of charge for registered users.
