3.6 LED intensity settings
Please note the following:
• If the fluorescent counts on the raw data plot of the Run Screen or Results Editor are above
100,000 counts using the Medium LED setting, it is recommended that the Low setting be
used for the assay instead.
• Similarly, if there are less than 1,000 counts on the Medium setting, use the High LED
setting instead.
