Mains voltage Monitoring

(Mains voltage monitoring)

x

0 ... 3

{ 3}

For safe operation of the motor starter the power supply must meet a certain quality. If there is a
brief interruption of a phase or the voltage supply sinks below a particular limit value, the motor
starter will output an error.

0 = Switched off,

no monitoring of the supply voltage

1 = Phase error,

an error message is only produced by phase errors.

2 = Mains voltage,

Mains overvoltage and undervoltage produces an error message

3 = Phase error mains voltage Phase errors or mains errors produce a switch-off on error

Output monitoring

(Output monitoring)

x

0 ... 3

{ 3 }

This protective function monitors the output current at the U-V-W terminals and checks for
plausibility. In cases of error, the error message E016 is output.

0 = Disabled: Monitoring is not active.

1 = Only motor phase, "Only motor phase error": The output current is measured and

checked for symmetry. If an imbalance is present, the motor starter switches off and
outputs the error message E016.

2 = Only magnetisation, "Only magnetisation monitoring": After the acceleration ramp is

complete, the motor current is checked for the minimum value. This must correspond to
at least 20% of the rated motor current in parameter P203. If the current is not
sufficient, the motor switches off with error message E016.

3 = Motor phase + Magnet., "Monitoring of motor phases + magnetisation": as 1 and 2

combined

Flash copy order

(flash copy order)

x

0 ... 1

{ 0 }

Changes to parameters initially only affect the volatile RAM memory, which is lost when the
device is switched off. In order for the data to be permanently saved in the flash memory, they
must be transferred from the RAM to the flash. The copying process is triggered by setting the
parameter to 1.

0 = No change

1 = RAM -> FLASH: Start copying process.

NOTE:

After the data have been copied, the device automatically performs a "RESET". This copying
process can only be guaranteed for a maximum of 100 cycles.

P570

Locking time

(locking time)

x

0 ... 25.50s

{ 0.50 / P2}

For motor starters with reversing function a pause must be introduced between switching off
and switching on when the direction of rotation is reversed, during which the motor does not
receive any current and can come to a standstill. Otherwise, the motor would be very severely
braked due to counter-current braking when it is switched on in the changed direction of
rotation.

NOTE: As long as P130=0 is set, P570 is determined by potentiometer P2. In this case, the
parameter can only be read and not changed and corresponds to the value which is set by the
potentiometer.
