8. Press the POWER ON/OFF key (1) on the front panel to turn the printer on.
9. Follow the instructions on your computer in order to select the printer.
Turn the power on/off
WARNING! Use the power supply voltage specified on the nameplate.
Be sure the printer is well-grounded. Failure to ground the printer may result in electrical shock,
fire, and susceptibility to electromagnetic interference.
CAUTION Always hold the power cable by the plug when connecting and disconnecting from
the power outlet. Never pull on the cable because this may damage it and create risk of fire and
electric shock.
