Turn on the printer
1. Power off the printer using the power switch at the rear of the printer, and plug one end of the supplied
power cable (1) into the socket of the printer. Insert the other end of the cable into an electrical outlet.
WARNING! Avoid overloading the printer’s electrical outlet with multiple devices. Use only
the electrical cable supplied by HP with the printer. Do not damage, cut, or repair the power
cable. A damaged power cable has risk of fire and electric shock. Replace a damaged power
cable with an HP-approved power cable.
2. Power on the printer using the power switch (1) at the rear of the printer.
