Check the firmware version
To check the firmware version on your printer do the following:
1. Press the ONLINE key to take the printer online.
2. Press the SHIFT key to display the SETUP menu.
3. Press the key to select the SETUP menu.
4. Scroll to PRINTER FW VER and press OK.
