4. Reverse the steps to install a new RAID controller card.
DVD-ROM drive
CAUTION:
Remove power to the server by disconnecting the power cord before removing or installing a RAID
controller card and riser assembly.
To remove the DVD-ROM drive:
1. Remove the top front cover (see Front top cover )
2. Remove the two screws securing the DVD-ROM.

3. Lift the DVD-ROM out of the VLS.

4. Remove the two screws and then the connector plate from the DVD-ROM.

5. Reverse the steps to install a new DVD-ROM drive.
