S Note the maximum permitted tightening torques.
The different product sizes have connector threads of the following design and
with the following tightening torques:
HMP−... 16 20 25 32
Centering 9 mm (tolerance H7)
Tightening torque 5.9 Nm (M5)

S Tighten the fastening screws equally.
Observing the maximum permitted bearing
loading of the roller bearing guide.
S Make sure that the centre of gravity of the
mass lies within the permitted mounting
range (see chapter Characteristic curves).
Reducing vibrations
S Place the centre of gravity of the work
load if possible centrically to the guide
tube.
Large work load masses exceed the
maximum bearing loading permitted for
HMP 20 and 25.
In these cases the maximum positioning
time, which is still permitted, will be
reduced (see chapter Commissioning).
S Place the work load so that the tilting
torque of force F and the lever arm a
remains small.
