Taking into account the possibility of modified switching points:
S Check the switching point of the proximity switches.
If necessary, correct the position of the proximity switch.
Setting the retracting and extending times:
S Start a test run.
S Unscrew the one−way flow control valves
(with exhaust restriction) until the desired
positioning time is reached.
ć Restrictor (A) for the extending time
ć Restrictor (E) for the retracting time
The permitted retracting/extending time t
as a factor of the work load can be found
in the diagram in the chapter CharacterisĆ
tic curves.
The work load should reach the end posiĆ
tion without knocking hard against it.
Using linear modules types HMP−20−... and HMP−25−... with low vibration:
S Screw in the one−way flow control valves again by the following number of
turns:

Due to the reduced positioning time, the bearing loadings will be reduced to a

S Refit the protective caps of the restrictors again (A in Fig. 30).
