Make sure that:
ć nobody can place his/her hand in the
path of the linear module type HMP−...−B
(e.g. by providing a protective screen)
ć there are no objects within the posiĆ
tioning path.
It must not be possible to touch linear
module type HMP−...−B until the guide
tube has come to a complete stand.
When 100 strokes have been reached:

Check the cushioning path which is now set.
S
Compare the cushioning path of the first setting with the present cushioning
path.
The work load should reach the end position without striking hard against it.
S
Note that the viscosity of the hydraulic oil decreases during operation due to
the frictional heat thus arising.
The shock absorber might therefore strike through if the device is operated for
too long a period.
At temperatures around 0 °C:
S
Note that the resetting times of the shock absorber become longer.
Very low temperatures cause the viscosity of the hydraulic oil to increase.
