SECTION 5 - HYDRAULICS

PLATFORM LEVEL UP – 3000 PSI (207 BAR)
1. Refer to the Main Pressure Relief Valve procedure
and temporarily set Main Pressure Relief Valve to
3300 psi (227.5 Bar).
2. Disconnect, cap, & plug the platform level up hose &
adapter either at the platform level master cylinder
or at port 15 of the Boom Function Valve.
USE CAUTION WHEN DISCONNECTING / RECONNECTING HOSES
ON THE PLATFORM LEVEL CIRCUIT AS THIS CIRCUIT MAINTAINS
PRESSURE.
3. Install a pressure gauge in one of the following loca-
tions:
• at port M15 of Boom Function Valve
• at port 15 of Boom Function Valve
