Insert the hinges into the fl ap sections. The fl ex point will be
recessed into the fl ap slightly. The solid portion of the hinge
will align with the leading edge of the fl ap.
Stecken Sie die Scharniere in die Klappen. Der Biegepunkt
des Scharnieres wird wie abgebildet in der Klappe
versenkt, der feste Teil wird bündig zum zur Vorderkante

Insérez les charnières dans les volets. L’axe des charnières

The hinges in the center fl ap are installed perpendicular to a
line between the hinges. This is due to the operating angle of
the fl ap in relationship to the wing.

Verhältnis der Klappe zur Fläche notwendig.

Check the angle of the hinges in relationship to the fl ap
center line. They will be perpendicular for the inner and
outer fl aps.
Überprüfen Sie den Winkel der Scharniere in Verhältnis
zur Klappenmittellinie. Diese müssen bei den inneren und
äußeren Klappen rechtwinklig sein.
Contrôlez l’angle des charnières par rapport à la ligne
centrale du volet. Les charnières doivent être à la
perpendiculaire de la ligne centrale sur les volets intérieurs
et sur les volets extérieurs.

Fit the inner, center and outer fl ap to the wing. With the
fl aps in the up position, the gap between the fl ap panels and
aileron will all be parallel as shown. The aileron and fl ap
will align at the trailing edge. These alignments are very
important to the correct operation of the fl aps.
Passen Sie die inneren, mittleren und äußeren Klappen
an die Fläche an. Mit eingefahrenen Klappen sollte der
Spalt zwischen Klappen und Querruder parallel verlaufen.
Querruder und Klappen sind bündig an der Endlinie. Diese

Montare sull’ala i fl ap interno, centrale ed esterno. Con
i fl ap in alto, lo spazio tra i fl ap stessi e gli alettoni deve
essere tutto parallelo come illustrato. I fl ap e gli alettoni si
allineeranno sul bordo di uscita. Questi allineamenti sono
molto importanti ai fi ni del corretto funzionamento dei fl ap.
