Use a hobby knife and #11 blade to remove the covering for
the wing bolts. The covering will need to be removed on the
top and bottom of the wing.
Entfernen Sie mit einem Hobbymesser die Bespannung
auf der Ober-und Unterseite der Tragfl äche zum Durchführen
der Tragfl ächenbolzen.
Utilisez un couteau muni d’une lame #11 pour retirer
l’entoilage recouvrant les trous de fi xation de l’aile.
L’entoilage doit être retiré au dessous et au dessus de l’aile.
Con un tagliabalsa togliere il rivestimento sopra e sotto
all’ala per le viti di fi ssaggio.

Use a hobby knife and #11 blade to remove the covering 1/16
inch (1.5mm) inside the lines drawn in the previous step.
Entfernen Sie an 1.5mm zur Innenseite hinter der
gezeichneten Linie die Bespannung.
Utilisez un couteau muni d’une lame #11 pour retirer l’entoilage
à 1.5mm à l’intérieur du contour précédemment tracé.
Con un tagliabalsa togliere il rivestimento lasciando 1,5mm
all’interno della linea disegnata prima.
Î Use care not to cut into the underlying
wood, weakening the wing structure.
Î Bitte achten Sie drauf nicht in das darunterliegende
Holz zu schneiden und die Struktur zu beschädigen.
Î Prenez soin de ne pas couper le bois sous
l’entoilage, la structure de l’aile serait endommagée.
Î Bisogna fare attenzione a non tagliare il legno
sottostante per non indebolire la struttura dell’ala.

Fit the plywood wing bolt plate to the wing. Use the wing
bolts to properly align the position of the wing bolt plate.
Trace the outline of the wing bolt plate onto the bottom of the
wing using a pencil.
Setzen Sie die Sperrholzverstärkung unter die Tragfl äche.
Richten Sie die Platte mit Hilfe der Flächenbolzen korrekt aus.
Zeichnen Sie die Aussenlinie der Platte mit einem Stift nach.
Positionnez le renfort en contreplaqué sous l’aile. Utilisez les
vis de fi xation de l’aile pour positionner le renfort. Tracez le
contour du renfort à l’aide d’un crayon à papier.
Appoggiare sull’ala la piastrina in compensato per le viti
dell’ala, usandole per fare un allineamento corretto. Con
un pennarello tracciare il contorno di questa piastrina sulla
parte inferiore dell’ala.

Use a hobby knife and #11 blade to remove the covering for
the wing dowels. Remove the covering in both the wing and
fuselage at this time.
Entfernen Sie mit einem Hobbymesser die Bespannung für
die Führungsstifte. Entfernen Sie die Bespannung in Rumpf
und Fläche.
Utilisez un couteau muni d’une lame #11 pour retirer
l’entoilage recouvrant les trous des plots de positionnement
de l’aile. Découpez l’entoilage de l’aile et du fuselage.
Con un tagliabalsa togliere anche il rivestimento per i perni
di riferimento dell’ala, sia sull’ala che sulla fusoliera.
