* "nn" denotes the ID number in hexadecimal of sensor amplifier. (Example: 01h for ID01, ..., 0Ah for

ID10)
If there are multiple errors, the smallest error code is stored in the remote register.

Command response list

0004

Mixed connection error

A foreign sensor amplifier (i.e.,
one that cannot be intermixed)
is connected.

Remove the foreign sensor
amplifier.

0006

Number-of-units error

More sensor amplifiers are
connected than are permitted.

Observe the number of
connectable sensor amplifiers.

0007

Sensor-to-sensor
communication error

An error exists in the
communication between
sensor amplifiers.

Check the connections of the
sensor amplifiers, and then turn
off the power and back on.

nn01

Error 1 for sensor amplifier
of ID number nn

Head error (ErS)

Refer to the FD-MH series
instruction manual.

nn02

Error 2 for sensor amplifier
of ID number nn

Head connection error (ErH)

nn03

Error 3 for sensor amplifier
of ID number nn

Overcurrent error (ErC)

nn04

Error 4 for sensor amplifier
of ID number nn

EEPROM error (ErE)

nn05

Error 5 for sensor amplifier
of ID number nn

(Not used)

nn06

Error 6 for sensor amplifier
of ID number nn

nn07

Error 7 for sensor amplifier
of ID number nn

Backflow error (rEv)

nn08

Error 8 for sensor amplifier
of ID number nn

(Not used)

nn09

Error 9 for sensor amplifier
of ID number nn

Temperature lower limit error

nn0A

Error 10 for sensor amplifier
of ID number nn

Temperature upper limit error

nn0B

Error 11 for sensor amplifier
of ID number nn

Temperature sensor connection
error
