Function and wiring on the I/O terminal block

The above list starts from the left edge terminal on the terminal block and sequen-
tially goes to the right.

• M 3.0 screws are used on the terminal block.

• Use the clips shown below when wiring.

Wiring the trigger
input

The trigger input signals the BL series to start reading.

Turn on the trigger input by supplying 8.5 to 30 VDC between the trigger input ter-
minals.

You can use the “power supply for sensors” terminals of the BL-U1 as the input
power supply.
