5.8.- RESETTING THE DISPENSER
To reset the
Dispenser, the user must insert a reset card that has been previously created with
the
DISPENSER-SOFT software into the unit reader (See
).
The unit is reset when a customer misplaces a card. The user must pay for the costs of the new
card.
Once the reset card has been read, the unit will have no active contract and be ready to read
a new contract.
5.9.- CHANGING THE TARIFF OF A SUBSCRIBER
If the subscriber wishes to change the tariff, the operator must follow these steps:
1�- Read the subscriber's card.
2�- Charge the remaining days and/or days of service in the card (if any).
3�- Delete the card.
4�- Write the desired new tariff in the card.
5�- Charge the desired amount of units and/or days for the new tariff.
