Header
It allows the user to select an image as the header of the report.
Click on Enable to show a header on the bills.
Clicking on the rectangle opens a screen that can be used to select the header image, Figure
67 .

Title
Select Enable to create a title for the report.

Information of subscriber
If this field is enabled, the bill will be displayed with the name of the customer and the custom-
er's ID number.
