TPG60 parameters can be configured in many ways.

Configuring Parameters via an FTP Connection

You can configure all TPG60 parameters via FTP. To this purpose, you
must download the 'parameters' file to your local computer via FTP
and then edit it.

Proceed as follows:

1. Switch to the directory in which you wish to save the file.
2. Open an FTP connection to the TPG60:

Syntax:

ftp <IP Address>

Example: ftp 192.168.0.123

3. Enter an arbitrary user name.
4. Enter either the TPG60 password or press ENTER if no password

has been assigned.

5. Transfer the ‘parameters’ file from the TPG60 to your local

computer:
get parameters

6. Edit the file using any text editor; see: ’Parameter List’

7. Send the file back to the TPG60:

put parameters

8. Close the FTP connection:

quit
