How Does the TPG60 Authenticate Itself in the
network via EAP-MD5/LEAP?

The IEEE 802.1x standard provides methods for authentication and
authorization in networks. Within the scope of the IEEE 802.1x
standard, the TPG60 supports the authentication protocol
EAP-MD5/LEAP.

You can verify the identity of the TPG60 using the authentication
method EAP-MD5/LEAP.

EAP-MD5/LEAP describes a user-based authentication method via a
RADIUS server. The TPG60 must be defined as user (with user name
and password) on a RADIUS server. The authentication method
EAP-MD5/LEAP must then be enabled on the TPG60 and the user
name and password need to be entered.
