DDI/DID
Number

Enter a DDI/DID number which allows outsiders to call and reach an
extension directly. The number of digits you can enter in this field
depends on what you set in the Representative Number DDI/DID
Mask
field.

This field can be 1-10 digits or 1-10 digits - 1-10 digits (two sets of up
to ten digits separated by a hyphen). For example, 5783900 or
5783900-5783999.

Extension
Number

Select the first radio box and enter the extension number to which the
DDI/DID number maps. Alternatively, select Auto-Attendant to
forward the matched DDI calls to auto-attendant.

This field can be 1-10 digits or 1-10 digits - 1-10 digits (two sets of up
to ten digits separated by a hyphen). For example, 5783900 or
5783900-5783999.
