ACD Queue
Waiting Calls

This table displays a list all calls currently waiting in the queue for the
selected skill/number.

Caller ID

This indicates the caller ID of the call.

Entered

Time

This indicates the time the caller entered the queue.

Waiting

Time

This indicates how long the caller has been waiting in the queue.
