The log records wrap around and deletes the old entries after it fills. Click a
column heading to sort the entries. A triangle indicates ascending or descending
sort order.

DESCRIPTION

Logs
Show Filter

Click this button to filter the logs you want to view. The screen changes
to the one shown in

Section 27.2.1 on page 408

.

Display

Select a category of logs to view; select All Logs to view logs from all
of the log categories that you selected in the Log Setting page. Refer
to

Section 27.1 on page 405

for more information on log categories.

Email Log Now

Click Email Log Now to send the log screen to the e-mail address
specified in the Log Setting page (see

Section 27.3 on page 409

).

Refresh

Click Refresh to renew the log screen.

Clear Log

Click Clear Log to delete all logs.

Total logging
entries

This field displays the total number of log entries on the X6004.

entries per
page

Select the total number of messages that you want to display on one
page.

Page

This field displays which page of the log you are currently viewing. It is
in “current page/total pages” format. In other words “1/4” means that
you are viewing the first page of a four page log file.

Left / Right

Click the Left button to view the previous log page or click the Right
button to view the next log page.

This field displays a sequential number of the log.

Time

This field displays the time the log was recorded. See

Section 5.5 on

page 135

to configure the X6004’s time and date. Click the column

header to sort search results by Time.

Priority

This field displays the priority of the log.

Log Severity on page 406

.

Category

This field shows the category to which the log belongs.

Message

This field states the reason for the log. Click the column header to sort
search results by Message.
