FTP User Setting
The FTP user setting for the FTP server function of the printer can be set.
FTP Server
FTP server can be started or stopped.
•
Start: Restarts the FTP server.
•
Stop: Causes the FTP server to pause.
Note
If any data is being input, the FTP server does not stop even when the Stop function of the
FTP server is operated.
Authorized User
The user authorized for connection can be set.
•
User Name: Displays the user name used to login to the printer via FTP connection.
•
Queue Name: Displays the job queue name used to register the job data to be input by the
used authorized be connected via FTP.
•
Comment: Displays the comment concerning the authorized user. The information is
displayed in up to 128 characters.
•
Add: The users authorized to be connected via FTP can be added. A maximum of 64 users
can be registered. Select [Add] to display the Add User Information screen.
