Reset Job ID
The job ID can be reset. The job ID is a number from 1 to 99,999 set for each job upon job
registration in the system.
PC-GUI
On the PC-GUI, select [Reset Job ID] from the System pull-down menu.
• Select [Yes] to the reset the job ID and close the confirmation dialog box.
• Select [No] to close the confirmation dialog box without resetting the job ID.
Printer GUI
On the Printer GUI, select [Reset Job ID] to display the check message.
• Select [OK] to reset the job ID.
• Select [Cancel] to cancel the operation.
The minimum number not duplicated in the system is set for the job that is registered after job
ID resetting.
Jobs that are submitted subsequently are assigned job IDs starting from the lowest ID
available.
If an intervening job ID is assigned in duplicate, numbering continues by skipping that ID.
