Delete Job
This section describes an item that defines processing to be performed after printing Delete
After Printing.
Delete Job After Printing located in Properties of the held job, Timed Job, Immediately, and
Manual can be set.
Automatic delete
Automatic deletion is possible two ways: Date and time setting and lapse time setting.
•
Date & time setting: A job is automatically deleted at the set date and time. Set the date
in the date specification area, and the time in the time specification area.

Date specification: Touch the date specification area to display the calendar. Select the
month using the month selection button and select the date from the date display. Select
[OK] to set the date & time and close the screen. Select [Cancel] to cancel the operation
and close the screen.
