Security Management
Use Security Management to add users, and modify their logon levels. Select [Security
Management] from the Setting menu to open the Security Setting dialog box.
Adding users
New users can be added. Select [Add] in the Security Setting dialog box to open the dialog box
shown below.

User: Type the name of a user to add.
•
New Password: Type the password to set on the additional user with one to eight
alphanumeric characters. Symbols cannot be used.

Retype New Password: Verify the new password.
•
Logon level: Set a logon level on the additional user. The logon level is selectable from the
three choices. End User/Operator/System Administrator. The default is End User.
•
Comment: Type a comment, such as user information.
•
OK: Select [OK] to set information entered.
•
Reset: Select [Reset] to reset information entered.
•
Cancel: Select [Cancel] to cancel the operation and close the dialog box.
