These folders can then be viewed from the File View page, and administered
from the Discs & Drive page, see “Define Access Rights for Group Folders” on
page 92
.

Define Access Rights

for Group Folders

The group folders created with your file management tool will appear on the
Discs & Drive page in the Discs and File System view.

When moving a disc from the Volumes folder to a new group folder, shares and
access rights defined for the disc will be removed. However, when moving a disc
from a group folder to the Volumes folder or to another group folder, the disc
will keep its shares and access rights.

To access and view the contents of a folder simply select the name of the
required folder.

Deleting a

Group Folder

A group folder must be empty before it can be deleted. Make sure than no un-
finalized CD-R or CD-RW discs are accidentally left in the group folder since
the contents on these discs will be deleted.
