CIP messages are used to access the Parameter object in

the 22-COMM-C.

The code for the Set_Attribute_Single service.
The Class ID for the CIP Parameter object.
The instance number is the same as the parameter number

in Single mode operation.

The attribute number for the Parameter Value attribute.
The user-defined address for any request service data sent

by the controller.

The number of elements in the request data.
The channel on the PLC-5 used for the ControlNet network.
The node address of the 22-COMM-C adapter.
