Logical Masks

The purpose of the Logic Mask is to allow the user of the IntelliVAC

Plus the ability to prioritize control inputs arriving from different

sources i.e. local push-buttons/switches vs. direct network I/O

commands. This allows a structured approach as to where

commands may originate from. The logic mask defines and

prioritizes the source of the command inputs. There will be four

different types of masks provided.

Important Terms for Logical Masks

Commands -

The IntelliVAC Plus has 5 higher level commands

available for use. All commands are available regardless of the

number of IB modules connected, or the logic program which is

selected.

START
STOP
FORWARD
REVERSE
JOG

The commands can be triggered by any input source dependant on

the applied logical mask. Each command when given will execute

the appropriate control logic dependant on the logic loaded into

DeviceLogix.
