Contactor Drop Out During Hold

This is a Warning condition and the status of the contactor coil or

Contactor Auxiliary Input should be checked.

This indicates that the Basic module within the IntelliVAC Plus unit

has a warning due to the contactor dropping out when it should be in

the hold mode after being given a Close or Jog command and the

status of the contactor being controlled is in an Open or Closed

condition (dependant on the status of the contactor).

The Module status LED is flashing Yellow followed by 2

consecutive red flashes followed by a pause, to indicate a contactor

that has dropped out during the hold operation and the Module status

relay is closed to allow externally connected circuits to function.

The Contactor status LED is Yellow or off to indicate that the

contactor is in a Closed or Open condition and the Contactor status

relay is Closed or Open to reflect the status of the contactor thus

allowing or preventing externally connected circuits to function.

This condition is valid for both Electrically Held and Mechanically

Latched contactors.

Long Contactor Drop Out Time

This is a Warning condition and the status of the contactor coil or

Contactor Auxiliary Input should be checked.

This indicates that the Basic module within the IntelliVAC Plus unit

has a warning due to the contactor requiring too long of a drop out

time and the status of the contactor being controlled is in an Open or

Closed condition (dependant on the status of the contactor).

The drop out time would be up to 130mS after the programmed Drop

Out Time set by the DIP switches (see Table 8.B).

The Module status LED is flashing Yellow followed by 3

consecutive red flashes followed by a pause, to indicate a contactor

that has required too long of a time to drop out and the Module status

relay is closed to allow externally connected circuits to function.

The Contactor status LED is Yellow or off to indicate that the

contactor is in a Closed or Open condition and the Contactor status

relay is Closed or Open to reflect the status of the contactor thus

allowing or preventing externally connected circuits to function.

This condition is valid for Electrically Held contactors only.
