Logic Execution Time

The execution time is dependent on the total number of function blocks used
in the entire DeviceLogix program.

The module will execute the entire logic program before applying the outputs.
The module follows these steps:

1. Sample all inputs (hardware, network, peer).

2. Execute logic.

3. Apply all outputs (hardware, network).
