Mounting the transfer robotic arm

Preparing the Swing Head

After initialization, the drive disc of the Swing Head is positioned as
though the robotic arm were located in the outermost position. In order
to be able to mount the robotic arm in a favorable position, rotate the
drive disc with the Manual control in tiamo as follows:

1 In the sidebar of tiamo, click on the hand symbol.

2 In the left-hand window, click on the Tower 1 item under 815_1

(815 Robotic … and then select the Move tab.

3 Under Robotic arm position, click on the green [Arrow left]

arrow key until the drive disc is no longer moving.

Mount the 6.1462.240 robotic arm to tower 1 as follows:

1 Align the robotic arm parallel to the left-hand edge of the Swing

Head reinforcement and slip it over the guide pins of the drive disc of
the Swing Head from below. The correct position of the arm can be
found in the previous illustration.
