2.1.8 Mounting the robotic arm for titration
Mounting the robotic arm
After initialization, the drive disc of the Swing Head is positioned as
though the robotic arm were located in the outermost position.

Mount the 6.1462.070 robotic arm to tower 1 as follows:
1 Place the 6.1458.040 titration head insert in the opening of the
robotic arm and screw tight with the enclosed screws.
2 Hold the robotic arm in such a way that the opening faces right and
slip it over the guide pins of the drive disc from below. While doing
so, turn the robotic arm outwards as far as possible, i.e. towards the
tower - see above.
Note
Take care to ensure that you do not twist the drive disc, thus caus-
ing pressure on the drive.
3 Screw the robotic arm to the Swing Head tightly with the screws and
washers provided.
