The state of the port has changed for one of the following reasons: the port has gone offline, has come
online, is testing, is faulty, has become an E_Port, has become an F_Port, has segmented, or has
become a trunk port.

No action is required. Respond to this message as is appropriate to the particular policy of the end-user
installation.
