provided by the keyboard interface; most other
alphanumeric and navigational keys provide functions
equivalent to those typical for PC operation. Menu
parameters and serial commands that affect indicator

11.10 Audit Trail Support

Audit trail support provides tracking information for
configuration and calibration events. To prevent
potential misuse, all configuration and calibration
changes are counted as change events.

Use

Revolution III

to display audit trail information.

The audit trail display includes the legally relevant
(LR) version number (software version for the code
that provides audit trail information), a calibration
count and, if REGULAT=NTEP, a configuration count.
The exact format of the information shown depends on
the regulatory agency specified for the REGULAT
(FEATURE menu) parameter.

Audit trail information can be printed from

Revolution

III

or by sending the DUMPAUDIT serial command.

By pressing the

MENU

key , the Audit Trail menu is

bold. Pressing the

Enter

key will display the LR

software number and the current audit trail counter.
When done, press

Enter

to return to weighing mode.

For NTEP and Measure Canada modes

, there are two

numbers displayed; Configs and Calibs. The Configs
n um be r t r a ck s c ha ng es t o the legally relevant
configuration parameter changes. The Calibs number
tracks changes to the scale calibration.

In OIML mode

, there is only one number displayed;

Audit Trail. The Audit trail number is incremented for
any legally relevant configuration parameter changes
and all calibration changes. The last date the scale was
calibrated is also displayed.
